An electric pallet jack — also called a powered pallet jack, motorized pallet jack or walkie pallet truck — is a battery-powered pedestrian or ride-on unit that moves loaded pallets without manual pumping. Where a hand pallet truck requires an operator to pump a handle to lift and push to move, an electric pallet jack does both with a motor: a drive motor propels the truck forward and back; a lift motor raises and lowers the forks. The operator steers via a tiller head and controls speed with a thumb throttle.

The buyers are distribution centres, food and beverage operations, manufacturing lines, and loading docks with high-throughput pallet movement — anywhere that manual pump fatigue or long travel distances make a hand pallet truck the wrong tool. • Do you have a battery room or charging infrastructure? Lead-acid batteries need a vented charging area and periodic watering. If you don't have that infrastructure — or if you're equipping a food production area with limited floor space — the lithium unit (JL-LIP) at 120 kg charges from any standard outlet and takes opportunity charging during breaks. • What pallet size are you running? All four models cover standard 1,200 × 800 mm Euro and 1,200 × 1,000 mm North American pallets.
