The JL-RPT is a ride-on electric pallet truck for operations where the operator covers real distance — the long warehouse aisle, the dock-to-staging run, the distribution centre with a floor plan measured in hundreds of metres. An optional ride-on platform (specify at order) lets the operator ride on longer hauls and step off to walk when manoeuvring in tight spaces.
The 1.2 kW drive motor handles 2,000 kg at up to 5 km/h unladen — fast enough to make a meaningful difference in cycle time. A 24V / 135 Ah battery provides full-shift capacity, significantly more than the 70 Ah in the walkie unit. The Curtis 1207B motor controller gives smooth, predictable acceleration and regenerative braking behaviour familiar to any operator who's driven a ride-on pallet truck before.
Standard and long fork widths
The LPT20C-S standard configuration runs 540 mm outside fork width with 85 mm minimum fork height — standard for 1,200 × 800 mm Euro pallets. The LPT20C-L long configuration uses 680 mm outside width and 75 mm minimum height, better suited to GMA and North American 48 × 40 pallet sizes. Specify at order — no price difference.
Gradeability and aisle clearance
8% gradeability — handles dock plates and ramp transitions without the motor bogging. Minimum steering radius 1,540 mm; minimum aisle width 1,910 mm. These numbers are published from the factory data sheet, not marketing estimates.
Note: the factory marketing spec lists a 2,000 kg nominal capacity; the engineering spec table lists Q = 1,500 kg. We are seeking clarification from the factory. Ask at quote and we will provide the current confirmed figure.
