The JL-EST is a full-electric walkie stacker: the 0.75 kW drive motor propels the machine, the 2.2 kW lift motor raises the load, and your operator controls both from the tiller handle. No pushing, no pumping, no cranking. You walk alongside it and steer.
One capacity: 1,200 kg. Six lift heights: 1,600 / 2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 / 3,300 / 3,500 mm. The mast section is set at the factory — specify the height you need at order. All models run on a 24V/75Ah battery with a built-in charger you plug into a standard 110V outlet at end of shift. No external charging station, no dedicated circuit beyond a standard wall outlet.
Loaded travel speed is 2.5 km/h; unloaded is 3.0 km/h. The machine is rated for flat, hard interior floors — concrete, tile, smooth asphalt. Gradeability with load is limited; this is not a ramp machine. If your facility has significant grades, ask about the JL-SRS straddle stacker which has a more robust traction system.
Loaded lift speed is 100 mm/s — from floor to 3,000 mm in 30 seconds under a 1,200 kg load. Unloaded (empty fork return) is 112 mm/s. Lowering speed is 92 mm/s loaded, 85 mm/s unloaded. These are factory-measured values from the spec sheet, not marketing estimates.
No ambiguity — every dimension and rating is on the page.

The parts that determine whether a walkie stacker lasts three years or ten are the drive wheel, the lift motor, and the charger. We spec'd them above the price.
The drive motor moves operator and load at 2.5 km/h under full 1,200 kg. No pushing, no operator fatigue from propelling the machine. The tiller handle controls travel speed and direction.
Lifts 1,200 kg at 100 mm/s under load — from floor to 3,000 mm in 30 seconds. The motor is sized to handle the rated capacity without thermal throttling during typical intermittent-duty warehouse cycles.
The 24V charger is built into the battery compartment and plugs into a standard 110V wall outlet. No charging station purchase, no dedicated circuit installation, no electrician required. Plug in at shift end, unplug in the morning.
Polyurethane on the drive wheel — not rubber, not nylon. PU handles the torque load from the 0.75 kW motor better over a full shift, resists chunking on concrete seam edges, and doesn't mark epoxy coated floors.
1,600 / 2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 / 3,300 / 3,500 mm. The 3,000 mm option hits standard industrial racking second shelf. The 3,500 mm option reaches third shelf without a reach truck. Specify at order — not a retrofit.
30 mm under the base frame — enough to clear most warehouse floor expansion joints and dock leveller lips. Not a ramp machine, but it handles real-world floor irregularities without bottoming out on every joint.
Every JL-EST ships with the documentation a procurement team or safety officer actually asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
The 0.75 kW drive motor and 2.2 kW lift motor are the same across every walkie stacker in this class. The brand premium funds the dealer network, not the engineering.

The 0.75 kW drive motor, the 2.2 kW lift motor and the 24V/75Ah battery are industrial commodity components. The engineering is the same. The price gap is the distribution network — and we don't have one to fund.
No portal, no sales gate. Send your lift height and quantity — we'll come back with a published price, lead time and the QC pack contents, usually within one business day.
