The JL-SES is a semi-electric stacker: the lift motor is electric, the travel is manual. You push it to where the load needs to go — which in most warehouse aisles is 10 to 30 metres at most — and the 1.6 kW or 2.2 kW electric motor does the lifting. This split means a lighter, cheaper machine than a full-electric walkie stacker, with far less arm fatigue than a purely manual pump stacker at serious loads.
Three capacity tiers: 1,000 kg (JL-SES 10), 1,500 kg (JL-SES 15), 2,000 kg (JL-SES 20). Lift height options vary by model — JL-SES 10 and JL-SES 15 are available in 1,600 / 2,500 / 3,000 / 3,500 mm; JL-SES 20 in 1,600 / 2,000 mm. Specify the lift height you need at order — the mast section determines it, not a retrofit. The JL-SES fork is 1,150 mm long with a fixed 550 mm width or adjustable 330–685 mm depending on variant.
The 120 Ah / 12V maintenance-free sealed lead-acid battery needs no water topping, no equalisation cycle, and no dedicated battery room. It lives in the stacker base. When it's discharged, you charge it — that's the entire maintenance requirement. A full shift of typical intermittent stacking use is within range; heavy continuous use will need a mid-day charge.
If your operators are moving loads over 50+ metres repeatedly across a shift, step up to the JL-EST full-electric walkie stacker — the drive motor earns its cost at that usage level. If your runs are short and your budget is tighter, the JL-SES is the right call: less mass, simpler drivetrain, lower price, same CE-certified lift mechanism.

The tiller handle thumb control sends power to the lift motor. No pump handle cranking at 1,000+ kg. The electric motor lifts smoothly from 85 mm to the full height with a single input.
No water, no equalisation, no battery room. The sealed lead-acid pack lives in the base. Charge it on a standard outlet at end of shift. That's the entire battery maintenance routine.

No drive motor, no traction battery, no electronic drive controller for travel. The JL-SES weighs 326–475 kg depending on variant — substantially less than a full-electric walkie stacker at the same capacity. Easier to manoeuvre in tight aisles.
The 330–685 mm adjustable fork variant handles different pallet and skid widths. One stacker for the Euro pallet, the North American GMA pallet, and the non-standard skid from your supplier — without switching equipment.
Manual travel means your operator walks with the load. For runs under 30–40 metres in a typical shift, this is fine. For heavy continuous traversal, step up to the JL-EST full-electric walkie stacker — we'll tell you that directly rather than let you buy the wrong machine.
