The JL-HLT is a foot-pedal hydraulic scissor lift table for the tasks that repeat: feeding a press, positioning a workpiece at ergonomic height, loading a conveyor, staging palletized goods at dock level. Three capacities — 500 kg, 750 kg, 1,000 kg — cover most manufacturing and distribution use cases from small part assembly to full pallet work.
The hydraulic unit is foot-operated: you pump up and use the lowering valve to descend at a controlled rate regardless of load weight. That stepless lowering control is what keeps the load from slamming down on a heavy piece. The table surface is welded steel, the frame is powder-coated safety yellow, and the unit rolls on four large-diameter swivel casters — two with locking brakes — so it positions exactly where you need it and stays there.
The BS-series single-scissor models (JL-HLT 50, 75, 100) lift from a lowered height of 435–445 mm to a max of 950–1,100 mm — enough for dock-level transfers and standing-height work positioning. If your application needs a higher working surface, the double-scissor BS-D variants go to 1,410–1,585 mm raised height. Ask at order if you need the D configuration; the price is the same platform at additional cost.
Every JL-HLT ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, operator's manual, maintenance schedule, spare parts list, and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet. Documentation rides in the crate with the table — no portal, no email chase.

Two of the four casters have individual foot-operated locking brakes. Position the table, lock it, work without the unit drifting.
