The JL-HPT is the workhorse you wheel into a warehouse, a backroom, a loading dock, a small manufacturing floor. Three capacities (2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 kg) cover almost every load on a standard 1,200 × 800 mm or 1,200 × 1,000 mm Euro pallet. A sealed galvanized hydraulic unit drives the lift. A single-cartridge valve keeps the pump serviceable. The forks are 1,150 or 1,220 mm long out of the box, with custom lengths from 800 mm up to 2,000 mm available on order.
It's a hand truck, so there's no battery to charge and nothing to plug in. The handle is rubber-coated for grip in cold rooms and warm rooms alike. The steering wheel is φ200 mm — polyurethane standard, nylon or rubber on request. Lead-in / lead-out rollers on the fork tips help the truck slide cleanly under and out of pallets without dragging.
JL-HPT 20 and 25 share a narrow 540 mm overall width with tandem load rollers — better for aisles and tighter spaces. JL-HPT 30 widens to 685 mm with a single roller for better load distribution at 3,000 kg. If aisle width is your constraint, pick on width. If worst-case pallet weight is your constraint, pick on capacity.
Every unit leaves Toronto with a CE Declaration of Conformity (against EN ISO 3691 and the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC), an operator's manual, a maintenance schedule, a spare parts list, a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet, and the 3-year pump warranty card. The whole pack is in the crate. No portal, no follow-up.
