The same proven AC chassis, fitted with a quick-lift hydraulic pump that reaches full height in approximately 5 strokes instead of the usual 15–20. For high-cycle dock operations where pump stroke count isn't trivial — it's an operator fatigue and throughput issue.
Side profile
QUICK LIFT · 5 STROKES · CE
A standard hand pallet truck pump typically requires 15 to 20 handle strokes to reach maximum fork height. In a low-cycle environment — a small warehouse, occasional moves — that's inconsequential. In a high-cycle operation — a busy receiving dock, a cross-docking facility, a retail distribution centre moving hundreds of pallets a shift — those extra 10 to 15 strokes per lift add up to meaningful operator fatigue and measurable time.
The JL-QLT is the AC chassis — the same welded steel platform as the JL-HPT — fitted with a quick-lift hydraulic pump. The pump displacement per stroke is higher, so full height is reached in approximately 5 strokes instead of 15–20. The torsion-resistant powder-coated frame, chromed bearing bushings and three handle positions (lift, transport, lower) are unchanged from the standard platform.
This is not a different truck — it's the AC chassis with a different pump. Fork dimensions (27 × 48 inch standard), overall dimensions, wheel materials and the structural steel specification are the same. If you're already running JL-HPT units and want to add quick-lift capability at a specific station, the JL-QLT integrates without retraining operators or sourcing different parts for two truck types.
Each unit ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, an operator's manual, a maintenance schedule, a spare parts list, and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet confirming the quick-lift pump installation and load test. All in the crate.
Single variant. Specs consistent with the AC chassis platform.

The JL-QLT is the AC chassis platform with a quick-lift hydraulic pump. "Approximately 5 strokes" per the quick-lift pump specification — actual stroke count may vary slightly by load. All structural specifications consistent with the AC chassis line.
The quick-lift pump is the reason to specify the JL-QLT over the standard JL-HPT. The other five points are reasons to trust the platform it's built on.
The quick-lift pump displaces more hydraulic fluid per stroke than a standard pump. The result is full fork height in approximately 5 strokes. At 200 lifts per shift, that's 3,000 fewer pump strokes per operator per day — a real ergonomics argument.
The JL-QLT is the AC platform, not a purpose-built special. The same welded steel chassis and torsion-resistant frame as the JL-HPT line. Quick-lift is the pump change — the structural platform is unchanged.
Chromed bearing bushings at the pivot points reduce wear in high-cycle applications. Standard bearing bushings corrode and wear in exactly the applications where a quick-lift pump earns its keep.
Lift, transport, lower — the same three-position handle as the AC standard. Operators familiar with the standard platform don't need to relearn the handle positions when switching to a quick-lift unit.
Polyurethane wheels on both the load rollers and steering wheel as standard — same spec as the JL-HPT. Quieter on warehouse floors, better for high-cycle dock use where nylon wheel noise compounds over a full shift.
CE Declaration of Conformity in the crate. Quick-lift pump, standard platform, standard certification — nothing exotic to source or document for your compliance file.
Every JL-QLT ships with the documentation a procurement team or safety officer actually asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
