Move and weigh in one pass. 2,000 kg capacity, 1 kg graduation, fully sealed display, CE certified. The standard model displays the weight. The printer variant prints a ticket. Both eliminate the separate weigh station.

The workflow that a scale pallet truck eliminates is simple: pick up a load with the pallet truck, wheel it to a separate floor scale, set it down, weigh it, pick it up again, continue to the destination. That's two extra trips and a dedicated floor scale footprint per load, every time. The JL-SCT folds the weigh station into the truck itself.
The display is a high-contrast segmented readout with 18 mm segment height — readable from standing operating position without stooping. Metal dome push buttons, not membrane keys. The display housing is totally sealed — dust ingress is prevented and the unit tolerates washdown. Battery is four AA cells with roughly 12 months of life at normal use rates.
The summation mode accumulates a running total across multiple weighings with sequential numbering — useful when loading a container, manifesting a delivery, or tallying production output. Each weighing is stored individually and summed on the display. The printer variant (JL-SCT P) outputs a thermal-printed ticket per weighing at 13 lines per second — 40 mm thermal roll paper, replaceable in the field.
Each unit ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, an operator's manual covering the scale interface and maintenance, a maintenance schedule, a spare parts list (including battery type and thermal roll spec for the printer model), and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet with a calibration sign-off. All in the crate.

Printer variant uses 40 mm diameter thermal roll paper (standard format, field-replaceable). Battery life based on factory data at 10 weighings per day of normal use. All specs verified against the factory data sheet shipped with each unit.
A scale pallet truck is only useful if the scale is reliable, readable and doesn't add a maintenance burden. These six points determine whether it earns its price.
Dust-sealed and washdown-tolerant. The display survives a warehouse floor. It won't fail the first time someone hoses down nearby or a forklift throws up grit.
1 kg resolution across a 2,000 kg range. Accuracy of 0.1% of applied load. For manifesting, billing, compliance or production tracking — this is the spec that determines whether the weighing is useful.
Metal dome push buttons instead of a membrane keypad. In a warehouse, membrane keypads fail when operators use them with gloves, in the cold, or after a few thousand presses. Metal dome buttons don't.
Multiple weighings in a single session are accumulated and numbered sequentially. Useful for loading containers, tallying production batches, or manifesting multi-pallet deliveries without needing a clipboard or a separate data entry step.
The JL-SCT P prints a thermal ticket per weighing at 13 lines per second. Standard 40 mm roll paper, available everywhere. If your process requires a physical weight record, it comes out of the truck instead of requiring manual entry downstream.
Four AA cells power the scale electronics for approximately 12 months at normal use. No cable, no charger, no fixed position. The truck goes where the load is, not where the nearest outlet is.
Every JL-SCT ships with documentation for both the truck and the scale system, packed in the crate with the unit.
A comparable branded scale pallet truck lists at $2,848 CAD through major North American industrial supply catalogs. The truck and the scale system come out of the same Jiangsu production base. The difference is the North American distributor margin.

Same Jiangsu factory. Same sealed display. Same 1 kg graduation. Same CE certification. We publish the price the rest of the industry hides behind a distributor quote — because the only thing that quote wall ever protected was the markup.
No portal, no sales gate. Send your scale requirement (display or printer), fork width and quantity — we'll come back with a published price, lead time and the QC pack contents, usually within one business day.
