The JL-PP is a spring-actuated self-leveling pallet positioner. The idea is simple: as workers remove items from the top of a pallet, the spring underneath automatically raises the platform to keep the remaining load at a comfortable working height. No bending to the floor for the last layer. No power supply. No compressed air. Just a calibrated coil spring and a 1,110 mm diameter turntable that rotates 360° so every worker can face the load square-on, whatever side the aisle is on.
The spring is adjustable — configured from the factory for the expected load range and fine-tunable on-site. The SPP360 platform sits at 240 mm when fully loaded and rises to 705 mm as the load lightens. Fork pockets in the base let you reposition the unit with a standard pallet truck without lifting equipment.
The open-deck (JL-PP Open) uses a steel-ring turntable — lighter, good airflow, easy to hose down. The closed-deck (JL-PP Closed) has a solid steel top that's better for loose or bagged product. The closed-square variant (JL-PP SQ) has the same closed-top but in a square-cornered housing — works where round platforms create aisle clearance issues. All three share the same base, spring system, and 2,000 kg capacity rating.
A hot-galvanized finish is available at order for washdown environments. Specify at quote time — no upcharge for standard galvanizing.
