For environments that eat standard steel — outdoor docks, washdown bays, fertilizer warehouses, cold storage with heavy condensation. Full galvanized finish, Dacromet-treated handle, chrome-plated piston. EN 1757-2 certified. Built to outlast the environment it works in.

A standard powder-coated pallet truck lasts years in a dry warehouse. Put it on an outdoor dock in a Canadian winter, into a washdown zone in a food plant, or into a fertilizer handling area and you're measuring its life in months. Rust doesn't start at the surface — it starts at the pump housing, the piston, and the handle bracket. The JL-GPT addresses all three.
The pump is galvanized with an airless, leak-resistant design. The piston and valve components are chrome-plated. The handle uses Dacromet technology — a zinc-based coating that outperforms standard galvanizing in corrosion resistance without adding appreciable weight. The fork frame itself is galvanized. There's nothing left to rust.
Two capacities (2,000 kg and 2,500 kg) in two fork widths (540 mm narrow and 680 mm wide) give you four variants. Pick on capacity first — 2,000 kg handles most pallet loads, 2,500 kg for heavier loads or a safety margin you can document. Pick fork width based on your aisle clearance: 540 mm is tight-aisle friendly, 680 mm gives wider load bearing. Fork lengths are 1,150 mm for the narrow variants and 1,200 mm for the wide variants.
Each unit leaves with a CE Declaration of Conformity (EN 1757-2), an operator's manual, a maintenance schedule covering corrosion inspection intervals, a spare parts list and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet. All in the crate.

Suitable for washdown environments and outdoor use. Not a cleanroom or food-grade unit — see JL-SST Stainless Steel Pallet Truck for food/pharma applications. All specs verified against the factory data sheet shipped with the unit.
Galvanizing isn't a paint job. It's a metallurgical process. Here's where it makes a real difference on a working pallet truck.
The hydraulic pump is the most corrosion-vulnerable component on a pallet truck. Galvanizing the housing directly — not painting over it — keeps moisture and salts out of the cylinder. The airless, leak-resistant design backs this up.
Chrome plating on the piston and valve components resists corrosion at the points that move and seal. When the hydraulic components corrode first, the pump stops lifting — these parts are spec'd to avoid that failure.
Dacromet is a zinc-based inorganic coating with better corrosion resistance than standard galvanizing, particularly against salt spray. The handle is the first thing an operator grabs in a wet environment — it's treated accordingly.
The entire fork frame — not just the pump housing — is galvanized. Outdoor dock exposure, washdown spray, de-icing chemicals and fertilizer dust all attack the frame. Full coverage means no uncoated spots to rust through first.
The sealed pump and corrosion-treated surfaces mean the truck can be hosed down after use in food-adjacent or agricultural environments. This is a galvanized industrial truck — not a stainless food-grade unit, but built to tolerate periodic washdown.
Conforms to EN 1757-2 — the European safety standard for hand-operated pallet trucks. CE Declaration of Conformity in the crate with every unit shipped. Corrosion-resistant finish, standard safety certification.
Every JL-GPT ships with the documentation a procurement team or safety officer asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
The branded galvanized pallet trucks source from the same Jiangsu factories. You're paying for the brand badge and the distributor network — not for a better zinc coating.

Same Jiangsu factory. Same galvanized pump. Same Dacromet handle. Same EN 1757-2 conformity. We publish the price the rest of the industry hides behind a distributor quote — because the only thing that quote wall ever protected was the markup.
No portal, no sales gate. Send your capacity requirement, fork width and quantity — we'll come back with a published price, lead time and the QC pack contents, usually within one business day.
