The JL-PLT is a pneumatic scissor lift table for environments where electrical equipment is a problem. Spark-sensitive areas — paint booths, solvent handling, chemical mixing — need air-powered tools. Food and beverage processing lines with washdown zones often can't tolerate electrical equipment at floor level. Outdoor staging areas without accessible power outlets. In all these cases, the pneumatic scissor table is the right call.
Connect standard shop air at 0.45–0.6 MPa (65–87 psi). The QN-series uses a fully pneumatic lift system — no hydraulic oil, no electrical connection anywhere in the lift mechanism. The platform, frame and casters are welded steel, powder-coated yellow, four swivel casters with two brakes. Three capacities — 500 kg, 1,000 kg, 2,000 kg — cover most pneumatic lift-table applications.
The pneumatic table belongs in environments where electricity is excluded or hazardous: paint booths, solvent handling, chemical mixing, and outdoor staging without power access. The QN-series factory explicitly markets the absence of hydraulic oil as a selling point — no hydraulic problems, no fluid to leak into a production area. If your environment tolerates electricity and you don't need spark-free operation, the JL-HLT foot-pedal hydraulic or JL-ELT electric will be simpler to source and service.
