The JL-CBS is a light-duty electric counterbalance stacker. "Counterbalance" means there are no outrigger legs extending forward — instead, a counterweight at the rear of the frame balances the load on the forks. The result is a narrower turning radius and a smaller floor footprint than any straddle or outrigger design, at the cost of absolute load capacity.
Two models: JL-CBS 10 (100 kg) and JL-CBS 15 (150 kg). These are workstation and pick-and-place machines — the right tool for a lab, a light manufacturing cell, a workshop, a pharmacy, a small retail stockroom. They are not warehouse floor movers. If you need 500 kg, you want the JL-MST manual stacker or the JL-SES semi-electric.
The 550 mm fork length and 200–520 mm adjustable fork width are sized for custom fixtures, small crates, workshop skids and tooling trays — not for 1,200 × 800 mm Euro pallets. The 135 mm minimum fork height means the machine handles loads on standard industrial shelving with a clearance shelf. The 1,700 mm max lift on the JL-CBS 10 clears a standard workshop mezzanine shelf.
Two 12V/12Ah sealed batteries in series for 24V total. Charged via a 24V/2A charger from any standard outlet. The battery pack is small — a full charge takes roughly 6 hours from empty. For a typical 2–4-hour intermittent use session, a partial charge overnight is sufficient. The PCB controller includes up and down limit switches to protect the mast at travel extremes.

This is a workstation stacker. It is precise, compact and electric. It is not a pallet mover.
Counterweight at the rear instead of outrigger legs at the front. Smaller floor footprint, tighter turning radius, works in benched workstations and between shelving rows where a straddle stacker's outriggers would foul.
The fork width adjusts across a 320 mm range to fit different fixture, crate and tooling tray widths without a tool change. One machine handles multiple load formats in the same workstation.
The PCB controller includes upper and lower limit switches. The lift stops at the top of the mast travel and at the floor-level datum automatically — no operator error, no mast collision, no hard-stop damage.
The frame is chrome-plated — more corrosion-resistant than paint in environments with occasional moisture, cleaning agents or chemical exposure. Suitable for light production and laboratory environments.
The 24V/2A charger runs from any standard outlet. No charging station, no dedicated circuit. Park the stacker at the end of a workstation, plug in, and it's ready for the next shift.
JL-CBS 10F and JL-CBS 15F variants include a 605 × 475 mm load platform for handling items that don't fork well — bins, boxes, equipment cases. Same frame, same electric lift, same CE certification.
