Grade 304 and 316 stainless steel for food processing, dairy, meat packing, canning and pharmaceutical environments. Designed specifically for use where corrosive acids, saline solutions and daily washdown are part of the job. CE certified, six variants in stock.

In a food plant, a dairy, a meat processing facility, or a pharmaceutical manufacturing floor, the pallet truck isn't just a piece of material handling equipment — it's a potential contamination source. A truck that corrodes leaves rust particles, compromises cleaning procedures, and fails compliance audits. The JL-SST was designed so that doesn't happen.
The entire unit — fork frame, pump housing, handle, forks and rollers — is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel. Grade 316 is available on request for environments with higher chloride exposure (marine, brine, aggressive acids). The forks are closed-profile (not open channel), which eliminates the debris traps that make standard fork profiles a cleaning problem in food environments. Rollers and steering wheel are nylon — the correct material choice for a washdown environment where polyurethane can harbour bacteria in micro-surface cracks.
Three capacities (2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 kg) in two fork widths (540 mm and 685 mm) give you six variants. The fork width of 160 mm and length options from 1,000 to 1,220 mm cover most pallet footprints used in food-processing environments. Specify fork length and capacity at order.
Each unit ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity, an operator's manual, a maintenance schedule (including stainless inspection procedures), a spare parts list, and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet confirming stainless grade. All in the crate.
Six variants. Specs from the factory data sheet shipped with each unit.

Grade 316 stainless available on request for marine, brine and high-chloride environments. Fork length specified at order (1,000–1,220 mm). Closed-fork profile specified from factory data sheet. No ISO cleanroom or electropolish claims — specify those requirements separately if needed for your environment.
A stainless pallet truck earns its price in food and pharma environments when the entire unit is stainless — not just the frame.
Grade 304 covers most food, dairy and pharma environments. Grade 316 adds molybdenum for marine, brine and aggressive acid resistance. The grade is confirmed on the QC inspection sheet shipped with the unit.
Closed forks eliminate the open channel on standard fork tines — the debris trap that makes standard pallet trucks a sanitation problem in food environments. Easier to clean, nothing accumulates, no rust source in contact with product areas.
Nylon rollers and steering wheel are standard on the stainless line. In washdown environments, nylon is the correct material choice — polyurethane can harbour bacteria in micro-surface cracks over time. Nylon is non-porous and easy to sanitise.
Supplier specification explicitly covers use in meat and food industry, dairy, canning, and all areas where corrosive acids and saline solutions are used. This isn't a generic pallet truck offered in stainless — it was designed for these environments from the start.
Four factory fork length options (1,000 / 1,100 / 1,150 / 1,220 mm) accommodate the range of pallet sizes used in food-processing environments. Specify at order — no field modification required.
CE Declaration of Conformity in the crate with every unit. A stainless material specification and a compliance certification together — without the premium that a brand name adds on top of both.
Every JL-SST ships with documentation a food-plant or pharma procurement team or safety officer asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
Grade 304 stainless costs what it costs. The pallet truck manufacturer's margin and the North American distributor network add the rest of what you've been quoted. We cut both.

Same Jiangsu factory. Same closed-fork profile. Same stainless grade. Same CE certification. We publish the price the rest of the industry hides behind a distributor quote — because the only thing that quote wall ever protected was the markup.
No portal, no sales gate. Send your stainless grade requirement (304 or 316), fork length, capacity and quantity — we'll come back with a published price, lead time and the QC pack contents, usually within one business day.
