For loads that a standard pallet truck can't get under. 36 mm or 55 mm entry height, 1,000 to 2,000 kg capacity, EN 1757-2 certified — built for skids, sheet goods, and floor-level loads that the warehouse forgets exist until move day.

Most pallet trucks bottom out at 85 mm minimum fork height. That works for pallets. It doesn't work for sheet goods, mould bases, machinery skids, die sets, or anything that lives on a low-clearance platform. The JL-LPT was built for those loads.
Two hydraulic platforms cover the range. The 55 mm series (JL-LPT 55S / 55L) handles 2,000 kg with a minimum fork entry of 55 mm — the same as a low-profile pallet truck from any premium brand, at roughly half the price. The 36 mm series (JL-LPT 36S / 36L) drops further to 36 mm entry for situations where 55 mm still won't fit — rated to 1,000 kg with steel load rollers and a polyurethane steering wheel.
Both platforms come in two fork widths. The S (standard) variant puts overall width at 540 mm for tight aisles. The L (large) variant widens to 680 mm for loads that need the extra bearing surface or for wider Euro pallets. Fork length is 1,150 mm (S) or 1,220 mm (L) as standard — match your pallet footprint before you order.
Each unit ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity referencing EN 1757-2 (non-powered industrial trucks — hand-operated pallet trucks), an operator's manual, a maintenance schedule, a spare parts list, and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet. The documentation is in the crate with the truck.
Four variants in two platforms. Specs from the factory data sheet shipped with each unit.

55 mm platform rated to 2,000 kg with PU load rollers. 36 mm platform rated to 1,000 kg with steel load rollers. Specify S (540 mm width) or L (680 mm width) at order. All specs verified against factory data sheet.
A low-profile truck has one job: get under loads that a standard pallet truck can't reach. These six design points determine whether it does that job for two years or ten.
The JL-LPT 36 platform drops to 36 mm — lower than most competitor "low-profile" options. Sheet goods, die sets, and machinery skids that a 55 mm truck still can't reach become moveable.
The 55 mm platform handles 2,000 kg — not a toy capacity. The 36 mm platform is rated to 1,000 kg, appropriate for the lighter loads that typically sit that close to the floor.
540 mm overall width for tight aisles. 680 mm for wider loads or pallets that need a broader bearing surface. Same hydraulic internals — different fork spread.
Same sealed pump design as the standard JL-HPT line. Grit and moisture stay out of the cylinder. The single valve cartridge stays serviceable without sourcing an exotic pump assembly.
The 55 mm platform ships with polyurethane load rollers and steering wheel as standard. Quieter and easier on warehouse floors than nylon — not an upcharge.
Conforms to EN 1757-2 — the European safety standard for hand-operated pallet trucks. CE Declaration of Conformity in the crate with every unit shipped.
Every JL-LPT ships with the documentation a procurement team or safety officer actually asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
The branded low-profile pallet trucks are the same Jiangsu-manufactured units we source. The premium funds the distributor network, the catalog, and the sales call — not the steel or the hydraulic unit.
