02 · Overview

The compact electric that doesn't need a sparky on site first.

The JL-SEP is a compact pedestrian electric pallet truck: electric drive and electric lift. Press the tiller thumb-wheel to travel, press the lift button to raise the forks to 195 mm. The battery is a 5.5 kg lithium pack — not the 32 kg lead-acid block in a full-size walkie. You don't need a charging station. You don't need a new circuit. The lithium pack charges from a standard wall outlet with the included charger.

Two capacity variants: the EPT15V (1,500 kg) runs a 24V/20Ah pack and a 0.75 kW drive motor, travel speed 4.2 km/h laden. The EPT20V (2,000 kg) runs a 48V/15Ah pack and a 0.90 kW drive motor, travel speed 4.5 km/h laden. Both share a 0.5 kW lifting motor, the same fork geometry — 50 × 160 × 1,150 mm, 85 mm lowered height, 4 front load rollers — and the same 1,380 mm turning radius.

Who it's for

Operations that move pallets short distances in spaces too tight or too sensitive for a heavier full-size walkie — retail backrooms, pharmacy stockrooms, light manufacturing cells, small distribution staging areas. The 5.5 kg lithium pack and 150 kg service weight make this significantly easier to manoeuvre than a lead-acid walkie in tight spaces. If you're covering 200+ metres per trip all day, the full walkie (70 Ah lead-acid) is the better tool. If you're lifting and placing within 30–50 metres, the JL-SEP is lighter, cheaper, and simpler to operate.

04 · The upgrade that doesn't break the budget

The JL-SEP is the lightweight electric option: full electric drive and lift in a 150 kg package with a 5.5 kg lithium battery. Its advantages are specific — and so are its limits.

5.5 kg lithium battery

Not the 32 kg lead-acid block in a full-electric walkie. The lithium pack is light enough to hot-swap by hand, charges from a standard outlet, and doesn't require a dedicated battery room.

Electric drive and lift

Thumb-wheel for travel, button for lift. No pump handle, no pushing — the drive motor moves the load, the lift motor raises the forks. Your operators' shoulders and backs notice by week two.

150 kg service weight

Roughly a third the weight of a full-electric walkie with its battery. Easier to manoeuvre through doorways, onto lifts and into compact staging areas.

1,380 mm turning radius

Tighter than the full walkie (1,460 mm) and significantly tighter than the rider (1,540 mm). The right tool for narrow backroom aisles and retail stockrooms.

Two capacities, one platform

1,500 kg (24V, 0.75 kW drive motor) or 2,000 kg (48V, 0.90 kW drive motor) on the same chassis with the same fork geometry and the same 1,150 mm fork length. Operators switch between models without retraining.

No charging infrastructure required

The lithium pack charges from a standard outlet. No 240V circuit, no charging station, no electrician on site before commissioning. Unbox, charge, operate.
