Turn your forklift into a drum handler. Move one to four 55-gallon drums at once — automatic eagle-grip lock, fork-pocket mounting, no electrical connection required. Nearly half what the brand catalog charges.

CE · 1–4 DRUMS · AUTO-GRIP LOCK
The JL-DG is a forklift drum grab attachment that mounts to a standard forklift carriage via fork pockets — no hydraulic hoses, no electrical connections, no installation beyond sliding it onto the forks. Drive toward a drum, lower the attachment over it, and the eagle-grip auto-lock mechanism closes and holds. Lift, transport, set down, release. Repeat.
Four models cover every scale of drum operation. The DG360A handles a single 55-gallon drum at 360 kg. The DG720A moves two at once at 720 kg. The DG1080A handles three at 1,080 kg. The DG1440A moves a four-drum row at 1,440 kg — a full pallet's worth of drums in a single forklift cycle. All four use the same automatic grip-lock mechanism; the difference is frame width and the number of grip heads.
The eagle-grip claw design engages automatically as the attachment is lowered over the drum — no manual latching, no lever to pull, no second person confirming the grip is set. The lock maintains grip over rough floor surfaces and during transport across standard warehouse floors. The grip releases when the drum is set down and the attachment lifts away.
Steel, plastic and fibre drums are all compatible. The fork opening ranges from 500 to 830 mm depending on the model, which covers standard 55-gallon drums. Single and double-drum models use 750 × 150 × 55 mm fork pockets; triple and quad models use 900 × 150 × 55 mm.

All specs verified against Nu-Lift DG360 series factory data. Fork pocket sizes differ between single/double and triple/quad models — confirm fork carriage compatibility before ordering the 1080A or 1440A.
Most warehouses move 55-gallon drums with a rented forklift and improvised cradling that fails half the time. This is the attachment that stops the improvising.
No manual latching. The grip closes as the attachment lowers over the drum. One operator, one forklift, one cycle — the grip is set before you lift.
Fork-pocket mounting means no hydraulic hoses to connect, no electrical wiring, no carriage modification. Slide it onto the forks and it's ready. Slide it off when you don't need it.
The four-model range lets you match throughput to your actual drum volume. The single-drum DG360A for tight aisles; the four-drum DG1440A for moving a full pallet row in one forklift pass.
All three drum materials are compatible. The same attachment that handles your steel chemical drums handles the plastic ingredient drums and the fibre export drums without a swap-out.
The eagle-grip mechanism is designed to maintain lock over rough floor surfaces and loading dock plates — not just in the smooth-floor warehouse scenario most attachments are tested in.
Every grip head in the series is rated at 360 kg per drum — the multi-drum models scale the total capacity by adding heads, not by downgrading the per-drum rating. Each drum is held by a full-rated clamp.
Every JL-DG ships with the documentation a safety officer or procurement team asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
The branded drum grab attachments at catalog price use the same forged-steel claws and fork-pocket mounting as ours. The premium funds the brand licensing and the distributor chain — not the engineering.

Same forged-steel eagle-grip mechanism. Same fork-pocket mounting. Same 360 kg per drum rating. We publish the number the rest of the industry hides behind a distributor quote — because the quote wall never protected the product.
No portal, no sales gate. Send your drum count, drum type and forklift carriage size — we'll come back with a published price, lead time and the QC pack contents, usually within one business day.
