The JL-DR is a drum rotator and tumbler designed to do five things with a 200-litre drum that people usually need five pieces of equipment for: lift it, turn it, mix its contents, empty it and transport it to the next station. All on the same chassis, all without a forklift or a ceiling hook.
The WB30 does this manually — a hand crank rotates the drum cradle, a foot pedal triggers the hydraulic lift. The WE30 swaps the hand crank and foot pedal for a 1.5 kW electric motor and a 12V/60Ah battery. The electric lift speed is approximately 40 mm/s. Both variants carry 300 kg — a full 200-litre steel drum with rolling hoops. Both accept steel, plastic and fibre drums from Ø400 to Ø600 mm.
The cylinder includes a pipe-breakage protection valve. If a hydraulic line fails under load, the valve closes and holds the drum at height — it doesn't drop. That's the difference between an incident and a disaster when you're carrying a full drum of anything flammable, corrosive or heavy. Not every drum rotator in this price class has it. This one does.

Drum handling equipment fails when it can't hold the drum securely at height, can't cope with a hydraulic fault, or can't adapt to the drum diameter you actually have on the floor.

Ø400–600 mm compatibility covers standard 200-litre drums in steel with rolling hoops, and the plastic and fibre drums that don't have rolling hoops. One unit handles the whole drum inventory.
The WB30 manual crank suits occasional use and environments where a battery isn't practical. The WE30 electric reduces operator fatigue on high-cycle applications. Both share the same 300 kg rated chassis.
The rear castor swivels for maneuverability and locks with a wheel stop when you're positioning the drum. The unit stays where you put it while you work.
Rated at 300 kg — a full 200-litre steel drum with contents. Not a tare-weight rating, not a partial-fill rating. The number on the plate is the number you can put in the drum.
Every JL-DR ships with the documentation a safety officer or procurement team asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
