Battery-powered. Adjustable forks. Lifts small loads to exact working height so the operator isn't bending, stretching, or carrying. 100–200 kg, 1500–1700 mm max height, EN 1757 certified. From $1,990 CAD — roughly half the price of what the branded ergonomic positioner catalogs charge for the same electric-mast, adjustable-fork platform.

The JL-WP series is a battery-powered electric work positioner — a compact mast lift with adjustable fork tines designed to raise light loads (100–200 kg) to exact working height. The problem it solves is repetitive awkward lifting: parts bins pulled from low shelves, component trays carried at waist height, product set down at floor level that the assembler then has to crouch over for the next hour. The JL-WP lifts those loads electrically and holds them at the right height so the operator works at a neutral posture.
The fork width is adjustable from 200 to 520 mm — wide enough for most small platforms and bins, narrow enough to fit in close quarters. The standard platform is a 605 × 475 mm PVC pad; the forks work without it for bare parts or bins with their own base. Lift speed is 55 mm/s via a DC motor on a 24V / 10 Ah battery. An onboard charger plugs into standard wall power — no separate charging station required.
The ES100 (JL-WP 100) at 100 kg capacity lifts 1,700 mm — the tallest of the three, suited for applications where the load needs to reach shelf height or overhead. The ES150 and ES200 at 150 and 200 kg both max at 1,500 mm — same working-height reach for most bench and assembly applications but with more load capacity. The minimum height on all three is 130 mm standard (85 mm optional).
Four castors — two fixed front and two rear steering — give the unit good directional control in aisles. The rear castors include a brake. A handheld UP/DOWN control pendant is standard; integral brake unit is available at order.
The specs that differ between variants are at the top. Electrical and drive specs are shared.

Optional 85 mm minimum height available — specify at order. Integral brake unit and adjustable-forks (F) variant available. All specs verified against the factory data sheet shipped with the unit.
Ergonomic injuries in assembly and parts handling don't happen in the dramatic moments. They accumulate in the fifty small lifts per shift that nobody clocked as dangerous until the third month.
A DC motor drives the mast at 55 mm/s — slow enough for precision positioning, fast enough to be useful. The UP/DOWN pendant keeps both the operator's other hand free to guide the load.
Adjusts on-site to fit whatever you're lifting — narrow bins, wide trays, or bare parts on a PVC platform. No tooling required to reset the width.
24V / 10Ah battery with an onboard charger that plugs into a standard wall outlet. Charge it between shifts wherever there's a socket. No dedicated charging station, no charging bay.
The mast is aluminum, not steel — lighter overall unit weight (75–88 kg depending on variant) and better corrosion resistance in humid environments.
Two front fixed castors for stability, two rear steering castors for manoeuvrability. The rear brake holds the unit in position during lifts — no creep on smooth floors.
Certified to both the pedestrian-controlled industrial truck standard and the industrial truck electrical systems standard. Documentation ships with the unit — no portal, no follow-up.
Every JL-WP ships with the documentation a procurement team or safety officer actually asks for, packed in the crate with the unit.
The branded ergonomic work positioner market is thin and the distributors know it. The premium is in the catalogue — not in the components. A DC motor, a 24V battery, an aluminum mast, and adjustable fork tines cost the same from the same Jiangsu factory regardless of the badge on the side.
