The JL-TLT is a combined lift and tilt table for applications where height positioning alone isn't enough. Assembly work that requires a component at a specific angle. Pallet unloading where the last layers are inaccessible from above until the pallet is tilted forward. Die and mould work where a horizontal load needs to be presented at a vertical angle for mounting or inspection. Two-axis positioning in one unit.
Lift and tilt are independently controlled — you can raise the platform to any height, then tilt it, without the tilt angle affecting the lift height or vice versa. The tilt mechanism runs up to 90°. The lift mechanism is electric-hydraulic on the LT10E base: 0.8 kW / 12 V power, 285 mm vertical lift from the lowered fork position. A foot protector and parking brake are standard. Fork dimensions: 800 mm length × 560 mm overall width.
The JL-TLT is a light-duty single-axis tilt combined with a vertical lift — it is not a heavy industrial 4,000 kg pallet tilter. The 1,000 kg capacity is appropriate for sub-pallet loads, tooling, components, drums, and light assembly. If your application is a full loaded pallet at capacity, the JL-HLT series with an accessory tilter is the correct path. If your load is under 1,000 kg and needs both height and angle positioning, this is the unit.

Height and angle are separate control axes — raise the load to working height, then tilt it to the angle you need, in either order, without one movement affecting the other.
The full 90° range covers: gentle 15° ergonomic tilt for assembly, 45° for pallet face access, 90° for vertical presentation of a horizontal load — all the same unit.
The 0.8 kW / 12 V electric drive handles the lift portion — no foot-pumping required. Vertical travel is 285 mm from the lowered position, enough for ergonomic height adjustment.
Certified to both the operator-pedestrian vehicle standard (EN1175) and the pallet truck safety standard (EN1757-1). Declaration of Conformity ships in the crate.
The forks lower to 85 mm — close enough to the ground to load from floor-level pallets and totes without a ramp or intermediate step.
