02 · Overview

When the environment is hostile to carbon steel, you need the whole unit in stainless.

The JL-SLT is a full 304 stainless steel scissor lift table for environments that eat carbon steel: food processing lines, pharmaceutical manufacturing, brewing and beverage, meat processing, seafood facilities, dairy operations, and any area subject to regular washdown with water, sanitiser, or acidic cleaning agents. The BSS-series construction is 100% stainless — platform, scissor frame, handle, hardware, caster brackets. Not "stainless-topped" or "stainless-trim." All of it.

Four capacities cover most food and pharma lift-table applications: 150 kg (BSS15), 250 kg (BSS25), 350 kg double-scissor (BSS35D), and 500 kg (BSS50). The 350 kg double-scissor variant reaches 1,300 mm raised height for high-bench and conveyor-feed work in process lines. Foot-pedal hydraulic pump with stepless lowering. Dual brakes for safety during positioning. Stainless wheels throughout.

What this unit is and isn't

The JL-SLT supports washdown environments — it is constructed of 304 stainless steel, which is the food-industry workhorse grade for corrosion resistance under regular aqueous cleaning. It is not an electrosurgical-table or a cleanroom unit. We do not make Ra surface finish or ISO 14644 class claims for this product because the Nu-Lift BSS series specification does not state those parameters. If your application requires a specific Ra finish or an explicit cleanroom classification, contact us — we'll confirm what the factory can provide rather than guess.

Stainless lift tables cost more to build than carbon-steel units. That extra cost has to go somewhere real — here's where it went.

100% Grade 304 stainless construction

Not "stainless top surface, carbon steel frame." The entire unit — platform, scissor arms, handle, brackets, fasteners — is 304 stainless. No carbon steel to rust under washdown conditions.

Food processing and pharma grade

Grade 304 stainless is the standard material for food contact and pharmaceutical equipment. The JL-SLT meets the corrosion resistance requirement for both industries as a non-food-contact positioning table.

304 stainless corrosion resistance

304 stainless withstands regular cleaning with water, mild sanitisers and typical food-industry cleaning agents. No rust, no paint to chip into the production environment — suitable for environments subject to regular washdown.

Dual safety brakes

Two independent locking brakes — not one. In a wet processing environment where floor surfaces may be slippery, two-point braking keeps the table stationary when you need it.

Stepless lowering control

The controlled-descent hydraulic valve lets you lower a load at any speed regardless of weight. Critical in pharma and food environments where a sudden drop can damage product or cause a spill.

Double-scissor option to 1,300 mm

The JL-SLT 35D double-scissor variant reaches 1,300 mm raised height — useful for conveyor feed, high-bench work, and process lines where standard single-scissor height isn't enough.
