WALK-BEHIND · CURTIS CONTROLLER · 1,500 KG
The JL-BC is a walk-behind compact electric mover. Its job is simple: you walk up to a loaded cart, dolly or small trailer, engage the coupling, and the machine's electric drivetrain does the pushing. The operator walks alongside at 3–6 km/h — a brisk walking pace — while the machine absorbs the load. No rider seat. No cargo deck. No steering wheel. Just traction.
Power comes from a 24 V / 400 W motor controlled by a Curtis 24 V / 70 A controller — the same controller family found in thousands of material handling machines worldwide. The 12 V / 22 Ah × 2 lead-acid battery pack is charged via the onboard 24 V / 2 A charger; plug in at the end of a shift and it's ready for the next. Maximum moving weight is 1,500 kg on a flat surface.
Carts loaded with parts, bins of components, maintenance trolleys, dollies piled with product — anything that rolls and weighs too much to push comfortably by hand. The JL-BC clears the gap between manual effort and powered equipment: lighter and cheaper than a tow tractor, far less fatiguing than manual pushing, and operable by any warehouse associate with a short familiarisation. No forklift licence required, no special certification class.
At 1,385 × 665 mm and 76 kg, the JL-BC fits through standard facility doorways and stores in a corner when not in use. The 1,020 mm overall height keeps it low enough to work in shelved aisles. It is a practical tool, not a capital purchase — sized to earn its keep every shift.
No spec ambiguity. Every verified dimension and rating on the page — nothing held back for the quote call.

Specs verified against the factory data sheet for the HG-127-class mover. Suitable for flat indoor floors; consult for ramp or outdoor applications.
A compact mover doesn't need to be impressive. It needs to be reliable, easy to use, and able to move heavy carts without injuring the operator or requiring a two-hour charging wait at the wrong moment.
Industry-standard Curtis controller is proven across thousands of material handling machines. Any competent MHE technician can service it — no proprietary black box, no single-source parts dependency.
The operator walks alongside and controls speed and direction via the handle. No forklift certification, no counterbalance licence, no regulated training class. Short familiarisation and the associate is productive.
A 76 kg machine that moves 1,500 kg of load — a 20:1 force multiplication. That is the point: the motor does the work the operator used to do, at consistent speed, without fatigue, every trip of every shift.
At 1,385 × 665 mm, the JL-BC navigates standard facility doorways and crowded aisles without a dedicated lane. Stores against a wall when not in use — not a machine that needs its own parking space.
Plug in at any standard outlet at the end of a shift. No separate charging station, no special power supply, no infrastructure cost. The charger is built into the machine — charge it where it parks.
The 12 V / 22 Ah × 2 lead-acid battery pack is a well-understood technology. Replacement cells are available everywhere, service is straightforward, and there is no exotic chemistry to dispose of or manage.
Every JL-BC ships with the documentation your facility safety team and procurement department actually need. Packed with the unit, not sent three weeks after delivery.
Western walk-behind cart mover brands charge a significant premium for their dealer network, North American support infrastructure and brand recognition. The machine itself — coupling, drive wheel, electric motor, controller — is not fundamentally different hardware.

The job is simple: push a coupling onto a cart and move it across a floor. We're not sure when a 76 kg electric machine doing that job became a $5,000 item — but we're not playing that game. Same hardware, transparent price, paperwork in the crate.
No portal, no sales gate. Send your load type, cart weight, route length and floor surface — we'll reply with a published price, lead time and QC pack contents, usually within one business day.
